Role

• Develops a thorough understanding of the market and business. Uses this expertise to provide actionable marketing strategy recommendations for the market or business segment and sets clear Marketing requirements for other functions that affect business performance (eg Development, Sales).
• Defines the overall competitive framework and market strategy for a segment, including offerings, channels/routes to market, pricing, portfolio management and communications as documented in the Segment or Business Unit Business Plan (SBP/BUBP),
• Works across the business to create the segment or business unit business plan and marketing budget including: the overall market segmentation model and priorities within it; the brand strategy, positioning, and value proposition; the portfolio strategy, with decisions for high/low investment products to manage the identification, prioritization and selection/deselection of new offerings and Programs to meet local and/or global business and market needs
• Prioritizes Program requirements, Routes to Market, Channel Enablement Requirements and Offerings within each Program
• Interfaces with other Marketing Management and Marketing professionals for input and to provide subject matter expert insight
• Defines Marketing Contribution goals for a segment and how Programs align to meet these goals
• Supports the Offering Manager as they define requirements for Program Management and sales to successfully sell and market offerings
• Advises Program Managers on audience, messaging, value propositions and differentiation to enable them to develop programs that effectively meet the need of the Market or Business segment at the local and/or global level.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 4 years experience in Passion for Technology and Apply Knowledge of Technology Trends
• At least 4 years experience in Perform Market Analysis and Apply Customer Requirements and Buying Behavior
• At least 3 years experience in Use Marketing Tools and Models
• At least 4 years experience in Performing similar role in a matrix organization
• English: Fluent
