Role
- Develop new business for high tech industry ie. Telecommunications, Information Technology, BioTechnology, HighTech Manufacturing, Oil/Gas and Energy etc. across Singapore and Asia.
- Understanding clients’ recruitments needs and competencies/skills required to be hired.
- Work closely with Research to and qualify potential candidates.
- Interview candidates in person
- Evaluate and present candidates to Clients.
- Conduct reference checks on candidates, both formal and informal.
- Market ITP World-Wide competencies in order to attract best possible candidates. Maintain good network in the High Tech industry, specifically those mentioned above.
Requirements
- At least 5 years working experience in a search firm, looking for flexible work arrangements.
- Good understanding of Technologies and trends
- Enjoy working with people and marketing ideas and alternatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English; additional Asian languages are desirable
- Self-motivated yet versatile with the ability to work autonomously as well as in a Team
- High level of discretion and integrity
- Intelligent and possess high EQ
- Persistent, determined and resilient
- University Degree preferred
