Role

1. Be involved with Search consultants on understanding clients’ recruitments needs and competencies/skills required to be hired.
2. Combine various research methodologies to seek out potential candidates.
3. Evaluate and present candidates to Search Consultants and Clients.
4. Build on current network to maintain database growth
5. Be meticulously in making calls to keep database information updated. Maintain good network in either of these the High Tech industry, specifically Information Technology, Telecommunications, Bio Technology, High-Tech Manufacturing, Oil/Gas and Energy.

Requirements

1. At least 5 years working experience, in either a search firm or a research-oriented firm.
2. Good understanding of Technologies and trends
3. Enjoy interacting with people over the phone
4. Meticulous and detail -orientated
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Excellent verbal and written skills in English; additional Asian languages are desirable
7. Self-motivated yet versatile with the ability to work autonomously as well as in a Team
8. High level of discretion and integrity
9. Intelligent and possess high EQ
10. Persistent, determined and resilient
11. University Degree preferred
