Role
Working with customers/opportunities in the Financial sector that are highly visible or highly complex, competitive, leading edge, the Enterprise Sales Leader must exhibit teamwork at the highest levels within the organization and demonstrate superior customer management in developing and selling solutions.
• Responsible for sales of Enterprise License Agreements, non-standard bids, major transactions across the entire Software portfolio, working with virtual teams of Software sellers.
• Responsible for developing complex contracts and financial packaging, reaching lasting agreements and commitments with team members or customers, in any activities relating to enterprise offerings.
• Plans and leads complex negotiations with the highest levels of customer management, for the acquisition of leading edge, total solutions.
• Builds and maintains a personal connection with multiple customers. Leverage these contacts to understand and influence trends within the industry.
Requirements
• A graduate in a relevant degree or MBA or equivalent
• A top sales professional with a wide and strong operating network of contacts within the ASEAN/South Asia region.
• A senior sales professional with proven track record in selling large complex business transactions
• A strong, self-motivated individual with excellent inter-personal skills to lead, motivate and operate at very senior levels.
• An excellent and skilled negotiator who can negotiate and sell to business clients and CxO level in a professional manner;
• A well regarded professional who possesses broad understanding of IT industry and extensive knowledge of complex sales within the Financial services industry.
