Role
• Possess good hands-on knowledge in SAP HR modules and other SAP products and technologies with the necessary competencies to deliver the maximum value to our clients in HR Implementation projects.
• Accountable for actively pursuing opportunities to develop net worth to support the achievement of billable day targets.
• Support the Product Lead in the planning and timely roll-out of legal requirements.
• Understand the concept of personal net worth (which is a representation of the value of a consultant based on their level and applicability of SAP knowledge, and their professional competencies as a consultant).
• Ensure SAP offers the greatest value and satisfaction to our clients by leveraging the capabilities of our organisation and delivering professional services in a consistent manner.
• Demonstrate an understanding of customer projects and the services pipeline in order to assess the current and future business environment and initiate personal development activities where appropriate to enhance opportunities for future engagement.
• Through interaction with clients, demonstrate an active interest in identifying further opportunities to add value through the delivery of SAP services.
• Support SAP business development activities with the intent of minimising SAP’s exposure to risk while focusing on the innovative application of SAP products to maximise the value to the client.
• Liaise with the respective Product Lead to understand future product/technology strategies and directions
• Demonstrate active participation in professional service team forums and contribute and participate in knowledge sharing and team development. Seek to act as a mentor and actively support fellow team members in an effort to develop their respective net worth.
• Demonstrate ownership of the product areas defined on the Product Ownership Matrix.
Requirements
• A Degree in computer science or related subjects
• At least 5 years of working experience in the IT industry of which at least 3 years of SAP HR Implementation experience
• At least 2 full implementation cycle of SAP HR modules using ASAP methodology with a minimum duration of 6 months each on Enterprise Release(4.70) and higher. Implementation of projects in ERP 2005 is preferred.
• Has in-depth Business and industry knowledge in Human Resource Management processes in the private/public sector
• Has knowledge of Singapore Legal regulations and requirements for Singapore IRAS / CPF reporting
• Technically strong in the core mySAP HR modules — Organisation Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management, Benefits, Payroll, Training & Event Management and Personnel Development is necessary. Should be comfortable to create/modify schemas/rules in Payroll and Time Management.
• Additional Knowledge in Talent Management areas such as — Performance Management, E-recruiting, Succession Planning, Learning Solutions/Enterprise Learning, Enterprise Compensation management is preferred. Additional areas where preference will be given are good Knowledge of ESS, MSS, , Travel Expense Management and Authorisation.
• Strong Technical background in ABAP and workflow is preferable but not necessary
• Strong interpersonal, communication and customer relationship management skills
