Role

- Overall responsibility for the design, engineering and day-to-day support of our customers wide area, LAN, WAN, WLAN, Security devices such as Firewalls, Loadbalancers, Network appliances 24x7x365.

- Also include consulting, technical guidance and support in designing and engineering Wide and Local Area Networks and Security device setups for the client's customers.

- To troubleshoot and resolve network problems. Have the ability to quickly identify and resolve problems stemming from network congestion, network collisions and other network abnormalities.

- You will be required to monitor, meet and report on Service Level Agreements. Implement and Manage network policies and standards.

- You will also lead, design and implement new network projects.

Requirements

- University degree in computer science / engineering or equivalent field of study

- 10+ years of experience with LAN, WAN, Routing and Switching, TCP/IP, DECNET and SNA technology.

- Strong problem solving skills, with proficiency in diagnostic and resolution experience

- Must have very good verbal and written communication skills

- Must be very customer oriented and focused on meeting the customer’s needs

- Leadership qualities: Integrity, dedication, attention to detail, deliver results on time, goal oriented, self-motivated

- Strong team player
