Requirements
- Builds effective value-added solution demonstrations in enterprise account terminology.
- Team leadership: Configure virtual team composition to support the sales cycle; provide clear development direction and guidance on technical issues to sales team for problem resolution.
- Communication skills: Clear and persuasive verbal and written communication skill. Evidence of creating written outputs that express ideas/ concepts/ information that are readily understood by targeted end receiver. Can effectively communicate complex technical information to a varied audience level.
- Adjusts message and delivery to level and readiness of listener. Is cognizant of cultures and diversity.
- Analytical thinking/ Problem solving: Works systematically and logically to resolve problems, address opportunities or manage the situation at hand; identifies causes, relationships and implications.
- Listening, understanding and responding: Practices attentive and active listening; has patience to hear people out and can accurately restate and respond to issues and concerns.
- At least 3 years of experience of in SAP implementation or delivering Presales
- SAP Financials including FI/CO and preferably Treasury.
- Other modules like SAP BW is a plus.
- Integration of SAP Financials with other modules like Logistics and HCM
- Appreciation of Industry Specific Process in any specific industry.
